We want you to be delighted with every garment you order from us. We make every effort to ensure the product you purchase is delivered to you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item with our free returns!
Embroidered or Printed garments are non returnable at any time. If you are unsure of sizes, colours etc please buy first and then send the item back for embroidery. For that reason we also ask you to take your time when designing your custom clothing before submitting them for production too. We will replace any customized item ONLY if it is faulty.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund masks, gloves, headwear etc unless faulty.

All products returned to Image To Suit You MUST be supplied with proof of purchase.
We have a 28 days refund policy or exchange.
If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorize a return. If an item is returned outside of the 28 days returns policy you will need to arrange a collection of your product.
How to make a return

Please ensure all returned orders are unworn and have all packaging & labels included , ensure that your invoice and a note stating your reason of return is enclosed in your returns package.
We will then give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund Within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned items.
For exchanges we will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
